Parmesan Ranch Potatoes

One of the things I miss about living on the north-east side was being so close to the farmers market
It was fun to walk along the rows and have all the good smells coming at you, one of my favorite stands to check in with was Visser Farms it’s a beautiful farm run primarily by family and their german butter ball potatoes are my favorite. We stopped by this past weekend and lucked out with some redskins.

2lb Redskin Potatoes – quartered
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese – grated
2 Tbsp Italian Parsley – chopped

Pre Heat Oven to 375


Add all the ingredients to a ziplock bag and combine until the potatoes are all coated.
Pour the potatoes into a glass baking dish and bake for 1 hour
